This 1970s apartment renovation exemplifies refined craftsmanship and modern warmth. In collaboration with the renowned Belgian office Erpicum Home, every detail has been meticulously considered. Custom woodwork, achieved through highly technical methods, adds unique warmth and a contemporary spirit to the space. The air conditioning is seamlessly concealed, preserving the clean aesthetic, while lime-painted walls and ceilings bring subtle texture and depth. The bathrooms feature artisanal, on-site cement work, enhancing the project’s handcrafted feel. Custom-designed brushed nickel door handles and switches by Erpicum add a bespoke touch, blending functionality with understated elegance.
