Boune

Located in Paris’s elegant 7th arrondissement, the Boune project explores architectural layering, bringing Haussmannian heritage into dialogue with a restrained contemporary vocabulary. The renovation preserves the apartment’s original character, carefully restoring the rhythmic herringbone parquet and ornate moldings, while introducing a series of precise, modern interventions.

A dialogue of materials defines the interior: the warm reflections of brass contrast with the deep violet veining of Calacatta Viola marble. Used as a singular sculptural element, the stone anchors the minimalist aesthetic with a sense of quiet drama. Beyond, the terrace unfolds as a rare urban retreat, conceived as a landscaped extension of the living spaces — a low-maintenance oasis that blurs the boundary between the historic interior and the Parisian sky.
