The form of Kanna is born from a single, evocative gesture: the kinetic arc of a fishing rod poised over the water, suspended in the tension of the wait. This conceptual line translates into a triangular geometry that appears to shift and evolve as one circumnavigates the lake.
From a distance, the pavilion is a curious, changing silhouette—appearing as a sharp needle from one angle and a wide, protective canopy from another. This intentional “architectural metamorphosis” invites the wanderer to explore the shoreline, discovering a structure that never looks the same twice. Constructed in just three days using local timber, the 4.50-meter-high pavilion balances this poetic inspiration with technical utility, offering the perfect vantage point for precision casting within a sculptural sanctuary.
